Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom, made-to-order, and wholesale items may require additional processing time due to production and customization.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that shipping carrier delays are outside of our control once the package leaves our facility.
Candy & Food Items

Candy and snack items are packed carefully, but we are not responsible for melting or damage caused by heat during transit, especially during warmer months.

We recommend choosing faster shipping options when available for perishable items.
Apparel, Accessories & Custom Items

Apparel, accessories, embroidered items, and custom products are made to order and may take longer to ship.

Custom items are final sale unless damaged or incorrect.
Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are processed after minimum order quantities (MOQ) are met and payment is completed in full.

Processing times for wholesale orders may be longer depending on order size.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you. Photos may be required for damaged items.
